Jenna Collins

I had the opportunity to send My daughter to Kats Dance Academy and never looked back.

In this time I have got to know the people of Heywood and especially Michelle.

She introduced me to people from the local community and this is where my story started when I got the opportunity to open my own Business.

I have worked in Hospitality for 15 years, at first in bars and nightclubs and as I progressed as manager I found my love for cooking.

I changed career from bars to just food and festivals.

Then my opportunity came alive after showing what I love to cook.

I now have a stall on Heywood Market selling British Carvery and American Street Food.

I have had enormous support from Kats Dance Academy and now it’s time for me to support them and I’m thrilled to be asked to be part of there growing Committee.
